  largest fundraiser, attracting more than 10,000 people to an otherwis

 r athletes and thousands of community members, experience heartwarming
  and bone chilling extremes as they take the plunge into the icy Atlan
 tic Ocean in the height of winter! Anyone can participate; those under

 include the Boogie Down the Boardwalk Costume Parade and contest, musi
 cal entertainment, a gigantic sand sculpture, a Friday Night Plunge Pa
