DESCRIPTION:\nThe 2012 Greek Festival, an annual event held under one 
 of Hampton Roads’ biggest tents on the grounds of the Annunciation G
 reek Orthodox Cathedral in Norfolk, Virginia, begins Thursday, May 10 
 and will run through Sunday , May 13.\n \nThe 2012 Greek Festival, T
 idewater's oldest and largest ethnic festival, will include the tradit
 ional Greek cuisine, exciting Greek entertainment, arts and crafts, be
 autiful jewelry, tours of the Cathedral, and the very popular Drive-Th
 ru. All proceeds from the festival benefit the Cathedral's Ministries 
 as well as local community charities.\nThe Annunciation Dancers will o
 nce again perform during the festival. They perform dances from all pa
 rts of mainland Greece and from the Greek Islands. Our dancers range f
 rom 3 through 18 years of age. They have dedicated themselves to the u
 pholding and sharing of our rich cultural heritage with many Hampton R
 oads audiences.  A wide variety of vendors showcasing their artwork, g
 old, and fine jewelry will be displayed in the Agora (Marketplace) and
  outside on the grounds. See Map    The Cathedral and Chapel will be
  open throughout the festival for scheduled and self-guided tours.\n 
 \nThe Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral is located at 7220 Granby 
 Street (one-half mile south of Wards Corner) in Norfolk. The Festival 
 is open to the public with free admission and parking.\n Special thank
