DESCRIPTION:Since the first Golden Gloves tournament in 1923, the Gold
 en Gloves of America, Inc. and its member franchises have provided an 
 opportunity and environment for young athletes to develop lifetime ski
 lls. Hundreds of dedicated administrators, coaches, trainers and couns
 elors have unselfishly spent countless times and effort to assist youn
 g people in the development of personal character and athletic skills.
  The Golden Gloves program has led the way in promoting amateur boxing
  in the United States and has produced the majority of competitors for
  America’s boxing teams in the Pan-Am and Olympic Games.\n \nSeven 
 Cities Boxing Club is proud to host the 2011 Virginia and North Caroli
 na Golden Gloves. Held in the Oceanfront Ballroom of the Cavalier Hote
 l.\n \nFor the second year in a row, VBnightlife / VBdaylife will be 
 sponsoring the event. Fri-Sun, boxing bouts, good music, drinks, food,
