Steel Pier Classic & Surf Art Expo has grown to become one of the premier surfing events on the East Coast. The competition, which will bring more than 400 amateur and professional surfers to Virginia Beach this weekend, now includes a shortboard category along with divisions for tandem surfing, nose riding and paddle boarding.
