CARBON JAM (recently voted one of the best in local bands) will be at 501 City Grill from 9pm-1am.

Carbon Jam is a young, five-piece rock band from Virginia Beach that’s been making waves since forming in 2008. Blending classic rock influences with blues,reggae and ska overtones, they continue to win over fans with high energy shows featuring strong vocals and spot-on instrumentation. The monster drums and funky bass lines of Jay Windsor and Jake Fultz provide the foundation for the scorching leads of Ben Laderberg and the multi-instrumental talents of Carter Hall. Haley Bauser lends her voice, often compared to Janis Joplin and Grace. Slick, to songs that range from heartfelt and soulful to all-out rock-and-roll. Carbon Jam does not confine itself to one genre, and their music will both inspire and entertain you.
