Dive into a world of nightmares, dream, and fantasies, as teens takeover MOCA for an evening of frightful entertainment. Dress as your worst fear or nightmare to enter the costume contest, dine on foods fit for the underworld, mocktails, art, live music by Padfoot, and more. Exclusively for teens in middle and high school, hosted by students from Virginia Beach schools.
