Event Description

The East Coast Spirit Festival is a 3-day, conference style event celebrating holistic awareness through Yoga, Music, and Dance. This festival brings together teachers from all over the world with the intention of sharing the many facets of spiritual and conscious practices while providing support for the local community. The Festival will offer over 45 workshops on Yoga, Dance, Movement and Conscious related topics. Each day will offer 15 to 20 different 2 hour sessions with topics ranging from Pranayama and Alignment to Afro-Brazillian Dance. Each registrant has the freedom to design a weekend schedule that explores her personal interests while offering opportunity branch out and try something new.

 

Friday

  • 8 am to 10 am – Registration
  • 10 am to 12 pm – Workshop 1
  • 1230 pm to 230 pm – Workshop 2
  • 3 pm to 5 pm – Workshop 3
  • 530 to 630 – Drumming Class for the Hearing Impaired
  • 7 pm to 9 pm – Charity Panel and Concert Event

Saturday

  • 730 am to 830 am – Meditation
  • 9 am to 11 am – Workshop 1
  • 1130 am to 130 pm – Workshop 2
  • 2 pm to 4 pm – Workshop 3
  • 530 pm to 630 pm – Kids Yoga
  • 7 pm to 9 pm – Kirtain

Sunday

  • 730 am to 830 am – Meditation
  • 9 am to 11 am – Workshop 1
  • 1130 am to 1:30 pm – Workshop 2
  • 2 pm to 4 pm – Workshop 3
